I have not received an activation email - what can I do?
You will usually receive the email to activate your Jobmensa account within a few minutes.
If you don't find any email in your inbox, it may be due to the following reasons:
1. The email has been marked as spam.
Check your spam folder to see if our email ended up there. If not, also check the spam filter settings of your mail program. Also add our email address notifications@jobmensa.de to your safe senders list to ensure that you receive all emails from Jobmensa.
2. You made a typo in the email address when you registered.
Try to register again with your email address. If it is not registered yet, you probably misspelled it before.
