How can I set up my mailbox to easily receive my deployment message and contract?

First, please check in your Jobmensa account if your email address is still up to date. 

1. Google Mail

Log in with your email address, click on the gear in the upper right corner and then on "Settings".

Click on the filter and blocked addresses tab

Now create a new filter by clicking on “Create new filter”.  

There you enter "@studitemps.de" under "From". This way, all emails sent to you by a Studitemps employee will automatically be prevented from going into the spam folder.

Important! Please do not enter just the email address of your current contact person, otherwise automatic emails such as the mission report could end up in the spam folder again. Besides, you could miss important information in case your contact person is sick or on vacation.

After you have clicked on “Create Filter” another window will pop up.

In order to always be informed about last-minute changes or additions to your deployment, check "Never classify as spam" and "Always mark as important" here.

Once you click on “Create Filter” again your filter is created.

If you have not adjusted your spam folder in advance and cannot find your already sent deployment message or contract, you have the option to search for it in your mailbox. To do so, enter the subject "Deine Einsätze" or "Dein Arbeitsvertrag" in the search bar. 

If one of the emails ended up in the spam folder, you can move it to your inbox. To do this, right-click on the mail, a menu will open, select the “Move to” option and then select the desired folder.

2. Web.de 

Log in with your e-mail address. Now click on "Settings" at the bottom left, next to the wrench.

Now a new bar appears on the left. There you go to "Desired list".

Enter "studitemps.de" into the list and save the process.

Now all emails will be automatically sorted into the inbox.

If you have not adjusted your spam folder in advance and cannot find your already sent deployment message or contract, you have the option to search for it in your mailbox. To do so, enter the subject "Deine Einsätze" or "Dein Arbeitsvertrag" in the search bar. 

If one of the emails ended up in the spam folder, you can move it to your inbox. To do this, click on the mail, select the “Move to folder” option and then select the desired folder.

Under "Add folder" you have the possibility to create individual folders. In this example, a Studitemps folder was added. This helps to organize your emails. 

3. Yahoo

Log in with your email address and click on "Settings" in the upper right corner next to the gear. A bar will show up where you can click on "More settings" at the bottom.

Now go to the "Filter" tab on the left and click on "Add new filter".

To distinguish your filter from your future filters, enter "Studitemps" in the Filter name field. Then set the rules. Enter "contains" and "@studitemps.de". Select the Inbox as "Folder to move". Save this process.

Your filter will now appear under "My Filters" .

4. GMX

Log in with your email address, go to the "more" tile and then click on "settings". A bar will appear on the left. In this bar you click on the field "Whitelist”.

If you have entered "studitemps.de" here, every email that is sent by a Studitemps employee will be marked as "desired" and automatically sorted into the inbox.

5. Outlook

Log in with your Hotmail or Outlook email address. Now go to the gear in the upper right corner and click on "Show all Outlook settings".

There you enter "studitemps.de" as a safe sender under Junk Mail. Now the emails from our employees will no longer be moved to your spam folder.

If you have not adjusted your spam folder in advance and cannot find your already sent deployment message or contract, you have the option to search for it in your mailbox. To do so, enter the subject "Deine Einsätze" or "Dein Arbeitsvertrag" in the search bar.
